Item shipping cost is not configured.
Cause
You have not yet created a shipping item in the setup of the linked Exact Online account or have correctly defined it in the link. However, this is mandatory.
Solution
Go to your Exact Online article settings. Make sure that the item code of the shipping item from Exact Online and the completed field in the link match. See screenshot below.
