Cause
A required article is missing. It is likely that an article is being used in the integration that does not exist in Exact Online.
Solution
Make sure that the articles used in the integration actually exist in Exact Online. You may have entered a number or word in a field in the integration for which there is no corresponding article in Exact Online. The integration checks for 'code' in an article in Exact Online, see screenshot:
As an example, enter '1234' as the value in the integration for 'Shipping Costs'.
