Cause
You have not defined a default article group in the configuration of the linked Exact Online account in Master Data. However, this is mandatory.
Solution
Go to the top left corner of your Exact Online administration settings and navigate to the tab Master Data > Overview | Article Groups > Article Group > Maintenance | Article Group > Overview | Units
Create a default article.
And for the article group:
Master Data > Overview | Article Groups > Article Group > Maintenance | Article Group
