Cause
The package tries to find or create a product in Exact Online, but cannot find it.
Solution
It is likely that the package configuration is incorrect. It may be that you have set up the link to create Sales Invoices or Sales Orders and have the setting 'Create items?' set to 'NO'. If so, change this step to 'YES'.
To create a Sales Invoice or Sales Entry, a product must be created (or searched) in Exact Online.
If you only want to use the financial part of the package, change the package configuration to Sales entries. Then no articles need to be sent to Exact Online and the 'Create items?' step can remain on 'NO'.
