Notification

BOE-0022: No cost center can be found for general ledger account (XXXX) or is not correctly configured.

Translation: BOE-0022: Er kan geen kostenplaats worden gevonden bij grootboekrekening ( XXXX ) of is niet juist geconfigureerd.

Cause

This error message occurs because no correct cost center is provided to SnelStart.

Solution

You need to change the general ledger account settings in SnelStart.

In the steps below, we will explain how this can be changed.

SnelStart Web:

  1. Go to SnelStart online and log in to your account.

  2. Select the administration where you want to change the general ledger account.

  3. Click on the 'general ledger account' tab on the left.

  4. Select the desired general ledger account and search for the 'cost center' setting.

  5. You have three options here; No, Mandatory, Not mandatory.

  6. Select 'No' or 'Not mandatory' here.

  7. Save the modified settings and try to synchronize the integration again.


SnelStart 12 local:

  1. Open SnelStart 12 on your Windows machine.
    If you have an Apple MacOs machine, you unfortunately have to use the Online Cloud environment of SnelStart. (Go through the steps of SnelStart Web)

  2. Select the administration where you want to change the general ledger account.

  3. Click on the 'accounting' tab in the upper left corner.

  4. Now select general ledger account(s).

  5. Select the desired general ledger account and search for the 'cost center' setting.

  6. You have three options here; No, Mandatory, Not mandatory.

  7. Select 'No' or 'Not mandatory' here.

  8. Save the modified settings and try to synchronize the integration again.
