Setting up

It only takes a couple of steps to set up WooCommerce for synchronisation.

To start off, sign into WooCommerce and head over to the Settings ('Instellingen') under the WooCommerce section. Next, click on Advanced ('Geavanceerd'), and click on 'REST API'.
All synchronisations require a REST key, so we'll proceed by creating one.
Click on 'Create key' ('Sleutel toevoegen')

On this page you'll find the following:

Provide a description for the key, in this case we'll make a key for a Moneybird package ('koppeling'), but feel free to choose any name that properly describes the purpose of the key. Also, make sure that 'Permissions' ('Rechten') are set to Read/Write ('Lezen/Schrijven').

After this is done, finish by clicking the generate button at the bottom.

The generated API-keys are the 'Keys' that will be asked for during the installation of the package on Combidesk. Therefore, make sure to remember these keys!

Subsequently, create default VAT-rates under the 'Taxes' ('Belasting') section:

Your WooCommerce account is now ready for synchronisations!
