This article describes the functionalities of the Lightspeed Exact Online synchronisation and explains how you can install the package.
Lightspeed ExactOnline synchronisation
1. Intro
This guide is meant to help with the installation of the synchronisation between your Lightspeed invoicing system and your Exact Online administration. The next couple of steps will guide you through everything that you need to know in order to make everything work properly.
2. Functionalities of the package
This package automatically synchronises customer and invoice data into the accountancy. Next to this, there are the following functionalities:
Lightspeed invoices are automatically synchronised towards ExactOnline.
Choose between Sales booking and Sales invoice
The package synchronises every 15 minutes.
Determine based on order statuses whether or not they should be synchronised.
The income statement and VAT overview are immediately updated.
New customers will automatically be created in ExactOnline.
Order information products (product name, amount, costs of order rule, and VAT) can optionally be included.
Shipping fees are included.
Discount are included. (both discount codes and product discounts)

4. Editing the package
To edit the package, you should go to the Lightspeed App Store. Go into the left menu to 'Installed apps' and click on the ExactOnline app. You will be redirected to the app.
