Cause
The maximum allowed number of characters for a debtor in ExactOnline is 18 characters.
Solution
Make sure that the customer numbers in the source package are not longer than 18 characters. Unfortunately, errors like these cannot be fixed, so the invoices that are affected by these errors will not be synchronized again.
