To stop an integration, it needs to be removed. If the integration was installed from a platform (CCV Shop, Lightspeed, Shopify), the removal needs to be done there.

In Combidesk, go to the integration on your dashboard. Click on 'Edit' and then at the bottom click on the trash can icon to delete the integration.
