1. Introduction
Easily link your Moneybird administration to your CCV Shop account. With Moneybird you can easily take care of the accounting and VAT declaration for your web shop.
2. Features of the integration
The integration automatically synchronizes the customer- and order data in Moneybird. Other than that, this integration also does:
Easily manage costs and incomes and automatically process them.
Synchronization of invoices and orders which automatically appear in Moneybird.
New customers automatically appear in Moneybird.
Discount and discount codes are automatically applied.
The integration runs every hour. An invoice can never appear twice in Moneybird.
Invoices in other currencies are also displayed in that currency in Moneybird.
3. Configuring the integration
To install the app, you first need to log into your CCV Shop management portal. Next, go to the App Store in the menu on the left side.
In the search field, type Moneybird and click on the first result.
To install the integration, click on the Install button.
Next, proceed with all steps on the Combidesk site. You will also be asked to enter your Moneybird credentials and your approval.
To finish the installation, click on Install integration.
4. Viewing the statistics
Log in on Combidesk.com (You should have received an email with the credentials when installing the integration)
For the CCV Shop Moneybird integration, click in the statistics button on the bottom right.
Notice: It can take up to several days before any statistics are recorded.
