Can I first try a package before buying?

You can always try Combidesk packages for FREE for 30 days. We are happy to help you get started. We try to do everything we can to provide you with a properly working synchronisation. If a little more time is needed, we will not make a fuss about this and extend the trial period by, for example, a week.

When are you available?

Our small team is continuously working on optimizing all of our existing and new packages. Sometimes we are not immediately online and we ask you to leave your name and e-mail address. If we don't respond immediately, we may be talking to another customer. Just leave your question and we will do our very best to answer you within 24 hours.

Is it possible to call you?

We do not offer support by telephone at Combidesk. We have experienced that we can provide support to our customers faster and better by email or chat. Read here how we have set up our support system and why exactly you can't call us.

Do you offer help with installation?

Certainly. On most of our packages we offer installation assistance. You can schedule an installation appointment if you're interested. Our help is 100% remote. We use modern screen-share techniques for this.

Do you follow an SLA (Service Level Agreement)?

We strive towards a so-called 'Best Effort Support', which means that we will always try to help you as best as possible. Synchronising software packages is our daily job, we earn our living with it, so a well-functioning and reliable solution is the only thing we want to deliver :). It can sometimes happen that the applications you are linking do not work properly, causing error messages. In that case, the cause of the error does not lie with Combidesk and is beyond our control. That does not mean that we do not take it seriously, but in that case, we are dependent on third parties.

How do you handle data?

We take privacy very seriously. This page describes how Combidesk handles the data of its users. Combidesk is AVG compliant and all synchronisations are made via a secure SSL connection.
