My integration is not working. What should I do?

Login to your Combidesk dashboard and go to 'My Apps'. Go to the history of your integration. Click on the link of any error message and our chatbot will provide you with possible solutions. Also, take a look at our Knowledge Base. Once you have resolved the error, you can click on the refresh button next to the error message in the history of your integration to perform the synchronization again. If you need further assistance, send a message in the chat.
