First, go to your Combidesk dashboard. Check the history of your integration there. Click on the link of the error message and our chatbot might give you a good direction for a solution.
Also, search for your error message in our Knowledge Base > Error messages. If your error message is not included, let us know through the chat and we will assist you further.
If you have solved the error, you can click on the refresh button behind the error message in the history of your integration to synchronize again. If you can't figure it out, send a chat.
