This error message can occur during synchronization or when administrations are not visible in your integration.

Forbidden User division is not within division scope

Reason

During the connection with Exact Online, no or limited access has been granted to the desired administration. The connected user on Combidesk does not have access.

Solution

Follow the following steps to resolve this:

1. Log in to Exact Online

2. Click on your login name (top right corner of the screen, the arrow)

3. Click on My Exact Online > Go to Security Center

4. Scroll down to the section "Permissions for my apps" > Click on Combimaker

5. Click on "Manage administrations" at the bottom right

6. Select the relevant administration you want to add by checking it in the "Available administrations" column

7. Then click on the arrow pointing to the right, so that the administration appears in the "Selected administrations" column

8. Click on "Save and close".
