It is possible that you have sent a test e-mail, but that it hasn't appeared in your inbox.

Have you checked your spam box? We try to get and keep our image as good as possible, but sometimes a message wants to appear in the spam box. This is usually not the case for the emails sent to customers because we use your domain there, and with a good reputation of your own, these emails are less likely to end up in spam boxes.

If necessary, use a different test email address.
