Installation manual for the Mijnwebwinkel tawk.to integration

Connect Mijnwebwinkel with Tawk.to and offer real-time live chat to your webshop visitors. Increase customer satisfaction and conversion.

1. Connect to Mijnwebwinkel

Enter your Mijnwebwinkel token. You can create this in the Mijnwebwinkel admin environment. Go to Settings > Add-ons & Modules > Apps & integrations.

Click 'Add token' and select the correct partner (your app, by Combidesk).

Click 'Save' and copy the token:


Go back to your Combidesk environment, paste the token there and click 'Save'.

Your Mijnwebwinkel account is now connected to Combidesk.


2. Connect to tawk.to

Enter your tawk.to 'Direct Chat Link' below. You can find this on the "Administration" page of your tawk.to dashboard. Add a property if needed and make sure "Secure Mode" (at the bottom of the page) is turned off.

Then click "Chat Widget" as shown in the image and copy the link under "Direct Chat Link":

Paste this into your 'tawk.to Property ID' and click 'Save'.

How does the dashboard work?

If you've created a new Combidesk account or installed a integration, you'll receive an email with access to your Combidesk account. When you log in to combidesk.com, you'll arrive at the dashboard. This is where your integration is located. From here, you can easily adjust your integration and account settings, view the integration logs (history), and access support.

What can you view via your Combidesk account?

From your Combidesk dashboard you also have access to your account settings, connected accounts, billing and support.

To help you use our integration effectively, we offer three service levels: basic, pro, and premium. You can always change the service level in your integration. The price will be adjusted for the next billing period.
