With the CCV Shop Tawk.to integration by Combidesk, you can easily add live chat to your CCV Shop webshop. In this guide, you will go through the installation step by step.

1. Connect to CCV Shop
Log in to your CCV Shop environment and go to the App Store.
Search for the accounting or email marketing package you want to connect with. Make sure that the developer is Combidesk.
Open the app and click 'Install'. Then click the green button 'Next'.
After clicking 'Next', you will be redirected to Combidesk, where you can connect the other package and configure the integration.
2. Connect to tawk.to
Enter your tawk.to 'Direct Chat Link' below. You can find this on the "Administration" page of your tawk.to dashboard. Add a property if needed and make sure "Secure Mode" (at the bottom of the page) is turned off.
Then click "Chat Widget" as shown in the image and copy the link under "Direct Chat Link":
Paste this into your 'tawk.to Property ID' and click 'Save'.

How does the dashboard work?
If you've created a new Combidesk account or installed a integration, you'll receive an email with access to your Combidesk account. When you log in to combidesk.com, you'll arrive at the dashboard. This is where your integration is located. From here, you can easily adjust your integration and account settings, view the integration logs (history), and access support.
What can you view via your Combidesk account?
From your Combidesk dashboard you also have access to your account settings, connected accounts, billing and support.
